    Bee problem?

so in the last week I've see about 6 bee's just crawling around on my back patio. It seems their wings have quit working and they can no longer fly. I've not seen this before, is it strange or just something I've not paid attention to?

Worldwide illnes that started in the middle east. Heard a guy on the radio that said they had figured part of the puzzle out. Now how do you get the bee to take the stuff to cure/prevent the illness? Mankind starved out cause the bee doesn't pollenate the crops. What a way to go. Serious problem.

Honey bees are facing several problems, including tracheal and varroa mites. Also, there is currently a nationwide problem that is causing the death of multitudes of colonies, and scientists can't solve the mystery. The average American doesn't recognize the omportance of the bees to our society...they pollinate multiple crops. Eerily, the loss of the honeybee could result in an apocalyptic event. It literally could mean the loss of many food crops.

The current die-off is tentatively being blamed on a virus.
Most affected are traveling colonies. Most of Virginia is unaffected.
